I had the opposite deal.
Estoril blue was standard paint and exclusive to the X5 4.6is. In 04 when the 4.8is came out the exclusive colour was LeMans blue. Estoril was a 3k option. :(

I have done this in my car (sort of), I have used the Z4 switch but gutted it, and used a simply rear view camera on/off button under it. I also fitted a red LED to illum when turned on. Pic tmorrow.
