do you hear a fan continuously running after shutting down, if so could be your fsr, and with these vehicles if your battery voltage goes low ,it can cause all kinds of electrical issues.

I did mine in 20c weather and engine was cold no problems popping off the air distribution center. it was really easy, easier than I thought.

yeah thats normal nothing to do with brakes by the way.It`s part of the cooling system (heater control valve). Have you checked your alternator?or battery?

you can try and use headlight polish, which may or may not last long. or you can use 1200grit sandpaper and then clear coat them after which would last a long time.

I really think its your alternator with the voltage readings fluctuating the way they do (inconsistantly charging your batt.)and that could be the reason for your batt light to be on and traction...
