Normal. The EML is a German acronym to do with "drive by wire" throttle system. It's normal for it and the Check Engine light to be on until the engine is started.

I guess I have a bit more faith in people. I assumed the OP would check the easy stuff himself, height and offset. The bolt pattern is then the only issue, and a burger flipper can figure that out....
