Not sure why you quoted me in your post, but my post was related to the post asking about cars having an "M" badge on the left of the trunk. I'm aware of the "M" badges on both fenders in Europe.

I'm not aware of any real "M" models which have the "M" badge on the left side from the factory. Maybe the dealer stuck the badge on. :dunno:

Actually the M badge on the back designates the "M" model (like M3, M5, M Roadster). If the badge on the back is added after it leave the factory then they are a poser and the car is not a real "M"...
