All you really need are the two mounting brackets and the two bolts in the front.

The rest can be sourced at home depot with a little ingenuity.

Nope, on that motor I would blame the rear cam sensor o-ring, the passenger rear corner of your valve cover gasket, or your oil filter housing gasket.
