What dealer are you using, just out of curiosity? If you are in South Fla, there are only two options:

John at Braman Palm Beach or deal directly with Malcolm (new car manager) at Lauderdale....

Yes, we did. It was deducted after taxes on the vehicle. We had to finance the minimum to get it though because we locked in with BMWFS the month prior.
