I suggest you research this issue more. The TPF message is not triggered by dirty ATF. All original ATF is dirty. This sounds like your torque converter is beginning to fail.

Thrust arms, controls arms and tie rods do not have replaceable ball joints. You must replace the entire arm. This is why most just replace the entire arm if either the ball joint or bushing fails....
