Same happened to me (85K miles). My mechanic said the oil sensor goes bad. He replaced it ($70 for part) and all is fine now.

Bluetooth worked for 3wks, now major problems

I installed Bluetooth in my 10/02-built E46 (330Ci). It's the 5th generation ULF module.
It worked fine with my Moto E815 phone. Then a few days ago the steering wheel R/T
button does not do...

phone seems to be working fine, execpt for the minor problem
that names starting with blank don't show up on the radio display.

I purchased the Bluetooth kit from bimmernav and installed.
The kit did not come with brakets for bluetooth antenna or ULF, or microphone.
I didn't get the bluetooth antenna and just stuffed it...
