Code P0303 says Misfire Cylinder 3. I doubt it's the CCV valve causing it. Have you been seeing a lot of white smoke on start-up? (sign of a bad CCV Valve)
My guess would probably be the coil....

P0171 and P0174 is a lean condition on banks 1 and 2 most likely caused by a tear in the pigtail of the air intake boot that leads to the Idle Air Control Valve.
Resetting the code will not keep it...

I think it is probably more important for short distance driving. The insulation helps the CCV and it's related hoses warm up quicker and stay warm longer after shut-off than the bare exposed plastic...
