I disagree - I think alternate method works much better than the tool. Crushing it down with a nut and bolt allows you to exert far more force than the tool ever could.

You don't need anything other than a hex key, box wrench, some nuts, bolts, and washers to install the inserts. I will explain later tonight. No special tool of any sort needed.

One other point about the power steering...

One other point about the power steering reservoir worth bringing up is that they have an internal, non-replaceable filter, so the reservoir should be replaced periodically even if it's otherwise ok.

Yes, I'm going to remove the back seats, but I'm going to build lightweight inserts out of foam, Dynamat, and trunk carpeting to make it look nice and keep road noise down.
