E39 performed flawlessly from Bellevue WA to San Jose CA

Last weekend I drove one car while my lady drove my 2002 530i with SP from Bellevue WA to San Jose CA (the most expensive place in the known universe) for work.

Several months later I took my car to a shop and had the rears replaced with the same brand/type...
