No man, everything is correct. You can't really judge the level under those circumstances, if the reservoir is about 70% filled coolant will just spill out of the bleed screw when the motor is on...

My bar isn't even reset, it requires a BMW-specific OBD1 reader that I need to buy. But honesly the bar is useless, just judge by the kms you've driven and the oil level on the dipstick.
