Good luck, not possible for all 4 to go at once. I never heard it but did replace all o2 recently and only one of them had gone bad at 250k.

could be your o2 sensors and maybe plus ccv. O2 sensor have a life of 100k 150k max.

While resurfacing, if the rotor goes equal or a fraction less than recommended minimum thickness, is that a huge concern given I will change pads and rotors when these pads are done currently at 7mm.

Same setup here i.e. zimmermann with Textar and bedding. But i got about40-45k before this issue. I have new tie rods installed along with new control arm, i.e. front arms 6 in total are new.

If the pan is plastic, the filter is integrated into the pan. If you regularly keep changing the tranny oil, pan should be okay. But at 225, I would recommend to change it. While you are doing that...

Not sure if you have done your front control arms or not. Cause if you are doing the shocks, front arms will be easy to do at the same time. Good luck.
