Yep. Got the whine also at slow speeds(approx 30-35mph). If it is occurring in cars with minimal miles, it could possibly just be bearing design. I thought mine was pinion and mileage.

+1 on 99328ic statement. The book for the bulbs is incorrect at Autozone. You will actually need to get the next size up in length to fit the trunk. The bulb specified is to short.
