Pinpoint the location of the noise and make a video and post. I have seen the idler pulley go before the tensioner, but I would do both while in there.

One should REALLY take it to a shop to diagnose it before throwing money at it.. SERIOUSLY do it for yourself lol.

That is one of the biggest problems people do when they try to fix it themselves...
