thanks everybody... Done. 2011 335i 4 dr AT Sports/premium with factory warranty for another year + 2 years CPO after. . Will drive for a while and decide how to deal with the rest later. :)

I drove both 335i (std) and 335is at the same time and 335is has nice feel and feels much more fun to drive - suspension is likely the key difference.
