I would guess it would be hard for the body shop to miss those filler ports when doing the work. That sort of thing is at minimum unethical; whether it becomes fraud or not I wouldn't know.

I never could get the toolkit screwdriver handle apart, so I just use a 3/4 or 1-inch chisel as a screwdriver on the filler...
