Hi all
Is it just me or are alot of people on here advocating a TOTALY illegal procedure this kind of flipant attitude only adds to the problems we all face every time we buy a car

Hi all
I work for bmw as a tech and yep lower arms do wear out REAL fast dont know why..... iv chanced them on a car that was in for first service :bawling: not good personaly i think they...

just a word of warning before you get stranded iv had quite a few cars that have had non gen radios fitted (and some but by no means all)can stop your car from going to sleep...

Yea there is a sensor that measures the temp of the inside of the car but iv not had any problems with this in the past ,,

First off there could be almost anythting causing this noise BUT common probs (by the way im in th uk so common probs could be different due to road conditions driving stile etc )

Hi there
Yea theese bushes are quite easy to fit just look at the position of the dot molded in to the rubber and make sure the new bush is in the same position when you fit it

I cant see that the air mass meter would cause the problems you describe, you could take the thing off and throw it as far as you could get it and it wouldnt cause lights to...

you say high pitch noise could it be the sound of an air leak kinda sucking cus if it is you can check it easy ....all ya do is get the thing warm and idling normaly and try to open...

The transmition fluid dont have a dipstik cus its changed at the inspection 2 and if its lost some ya got a leak which you would see dripping on ya new block paved expensive drive and...

Beware my friend when you roll back the milage on the instroment cluster it wont tally up with the other controll units on the car and subsiquently it will illuminate the tamper dot...
