yup...the xenons headlamps(like what i have) is more difficult to hv the AE bulbs rplcd as it seats lower inside....

i u did work in your youth and on a 944...than brake pads and rotor jobs shouldn't scare you at all n shouldn't take more than an hour per wheel....I am 52 and am in the midst of replacing the oil...

That the fuel does not spurt out is a tell tale indication.
Fuel is primed when the door is open or is it when the switch is put to ON....can't remember but the fuel is definitely primed prior...

you mentioned the car was good for the past 8 years.....i think you shouldn't have disturbed the timing by resetting a tooth.i would try resetting it back to how it was and go from there.....but go...

have the car been in a flood?are the carpets wet?computer modules under the carpet on the floor and in the trunk don't jive with water and creates havoc to the car.

yup....the serpentine belt's probably broken hence no charging to the alternator weakening the battery....

you gotta get it up on a lift and see wat's going under under there.i am guessing your gearbox is leaking oil and dripping it on the hot exhaust pipes.....

grinding cud be synchromesh.....check...

hmmm...i have the same issue with the park...

hmmm...i have the same issue with the park brake.pops out of the last set detent at times.knowing this,I make sure it is set correctly.I have an Auto gear so no issues with the car rolling away....
