I was very close to getting the panel out but just needed to 'finess' the left side a bit more. Went back in...

Two sets of tires and an addition set of rims are just plain out of the question. I guess some folk can never understand that.

Greetings, all. I had the rear shocks and springs changed on my '98 328is at 137,000 miles. They noticed that the springs were actually broken at the very top. "Not un-save to drive, but not good...

OK, here's a non-mechanic with thought. What if the 'thing' the rotors are mounted on is warped? Every rotor installed would assume that shape, correct? Can that ever happen?

Like I said, they were installed by the dealer. The tires have not been changed or rotated. I suppose it's possible they did not torque them properly.

EBC Rotors going in the trash

Not by choice! Purchased from Auto Parts Warehouse. I had them installed last August. Vented, dimpled, and slotted rotors and Green Stuff pads.

Now one of the rotors is warped, and both rotors...

Like I said previously, Chad. The wife's SUV and the son's pickup will get the good tires. Some of us aren't rich. I simply can't afford three sets of "good" tires in one year. :)

OK, next question: I only work a half day tomrrow when new tires are being put on. They won't have time to do the alignment. Will any harm be dnoe if I drive over the weekend and get them aligned...

I appreciate the feedback. I probably should have mentioned that I also need tires for my wife's SUV and my son's pickup. They get the "good" tires. :)

Too late. They are on order and will be on the car by Friday. Every set of new tires feels great at first, so I'll post a review in a couple months after we've all settled in.
