Could be a host of things. Could be the sensor or fuel pump. Could also be a clogged fuel filter or fuel line. However, I'm kinda thinking that you may have a leaky fuel injector.

Before I replaced my rear window with the emiata, I used Meguiars Plastic X with fair results. If you let the window go for too long nothing really works and you just have to replace it.
