1998 E36 323iC convertible with Type 47 "Doppelspeiche" wheels. Tech at Rokkor was correct in saying that we'd need to be between 35 & 30 offset & I incorrectly identified my wheels; these are 46....

Follow up:

I checked around all the lines on, near or connected to the air pump & found this one was old & overly soft. I replaced it & the CEL is gone! Not sure if it is the same one the other poster found...

My car came with 16" rims & tires plus a set of snows on plain BWM 15" steel wheels (with BMW hubcaps). The 15" tires are much narrower than the 16" but the suspension is stock so either should fit...

I don't see anything in or around the front caliper or disk that looks like a 'duct' or the sensor. I found what the sensor looks like on ecstuning.com but I don't see it anywhere near...

Doesn't the 4-banger have a bleed screw on the tstat housing as well as on the expansion tank? I've never had one but that's what I think I read eslewhere.
Get an air-free flow at the tstat bleeder...

WTB: 16" spare for '98 E36 323i drop-top

My car has 4 good 16" rims & tires (225/50-16) but no spare. :tsk:
I hate driving without one. For about $90, the local salvage yard can get me a 15" spare (205/60-15) that should work alright,...
