Better Business Bureau

You might check out the better business bureau's site (bbb.org), then search the various dealerships for complaints. It won't tell you which dealer is best, but it'll give you a clue to the ones...

Yeah, not starting in damp conditions is a classic sign of bad spark plug wires or an ignition coil.

Doubt it's the alternator unless your battery magically drains itself on a regular basis.
