The sensors (all 4) were replaced with Bosch sensors. The error im getting is "oxygen sensor downstream control bank 2- at the rich range too big".

Hey, so I had my CEL come on today. Only one code- 226 Oxygen-sensor control downstrem bank 2. I cleared it, drove it for a bit (5 mins) and it didnt come back.

The O2 sensors are about a year...

I have PDC on my 2003 525iA. When I turn it on, I get a solid beep from the front and rear sensors. Sometimes it's only for a few seconds, other times it continues and alternates...

I would not recommend going with Dorman. I had one and it lasted about 6 months before it totally disintegrated inside of the door. IMO, OEM is the only way to go with regulators.

The software is not for the faint of heart; it does have a learning curve.

Also make sure you reseal your vapor barrier well (ask me how I know), and if you have sunshades there's a screw on the side of the mechanism inside the door that has to be removed so the door panel...

No. If your car was built after 09-1998 (I think) when they redesigned the regulators, you cannot use the repair kits and must buy new ones.
