check side lights

Hello all...

So just yesterday my 2004 X5 3.0 started to display " check side lights" after a few walk arounds I don't see any lights not working. Any suggestions or ideas what may be the cause...

For the last 2 weeks.. Everytime I switch the gear into reverse the PDC gives a single long tone. I've done some research on-line and most talk about the their sensors getting wet from the carwash...
