Yes, servo is the power brake unit.

Our US e46 uses manifold vacuum to power the boost.
Some four cylinder euro e46's have a separate vacuum pump. Maybe not enough vacuum from a four cylinder?

Only metal pulleys are aftermarket unless you found something never mentioned on any forum before.
URO and UCC are two of them.
I have the UCC under-drive Al pulley.
