You can change navigation voice volume over radio sound by increasing volume when nav is talking. I apparently did this by accident and couldn't figure out how to lower sound

I think a car seat would be enough weight to trigger that but that's just my opinion. Also remember side airbag

I believe it was 70 for front 40 for rear and 90 for back including shipping and no tax. I'm in NJ so tax is relatively high. My dealer quote was higher than yours.

if its from factory, they quoted me about 8 weeks
i ordered from lot (at end of month and got a good deal), so got it next day essentially.
