Its trackable, and it is a TIP. The right tires and maybe pull the back seats and it may work. Quattro grip is nice coming out of the corners.

Who installed the springs? Are they properly seated in the perches? That may cause an issue like this. I've owned quite a few Bimmers and never experienced positive camber...
