For the record

I noticed that the gasket moulded on the pan is both blue and black sealants...I did mine with both blue and black sealants first it was a bead of Blue let it set, the put a thin layer of Black...

for what its worth ...don't look like much else is wrong the one 'ear' on the powersteering pump cannot be made out entirely due to the crud on it...no problem after awhile they all get that...

like another poster recommended that belt did not break due to belt failure something else is wrong...the pulleys are a fx of the device they drive I too broke a PS pump but it could be any device...

Imho

The only driveability issue you've presented is the clutch/brakes. Fix those first! That way you can enjoy the car while you're addressing the rest!

The price of our oil at a parts store is about$9/qt and a filter is $10 give or take so to the OP the math for 8 quarts is $82 then you'd have to crawl under the car or use the vac, and dispose of...

I've read manyy posts here that use WD40 as a penetrating oil. WD40 is for water displacement...I know it can be a penetrating oil but a 50-50 mix of ATF and Acetone is a far better penetrating oil...
