The plastic water pump pulleys are not worth saving, IMO. Install a URO alloy pulley for $20 and forget about it. It's about the only URO part that I'd install.

If this were mine, I'd just snap the blades off the fan and take the pump out with the clutch attached. A new fan is about $25, and the clutch is likely in need of replacement anyway.
