Who does one contact to request separate Z3 and Z4 forums, as is the case with some other sites which are more pleasurable to use? Nothing against Z4s but I don't like weeding through pointless info...

Z3 M Coupe rear swaybar

It looks as if a "thunk" I have been getting may be due to worn end links on the rear swaybar. I'd prefer to replace them myself but wonder what is involved in removing the bar, its pretty tucked...

Why not move up from a Z3 to a Z3 M? In fact, go for the stratosphere, Z3 M Coupe S54. I'm sure you could find a low mileage example for less than or equal to a newer Z4.:thumbup:
