True that BMWs have between 6-8% error over actual speed. My Miata is dead on as was my Audi Q5 AND my Golf. So not all cars have built in error.

Such a load of crap this is. I've owned 10+ BMWs over the past 20 yrs and only 1 had squeaks...my X1. I told the dealer about it and they fixed it on the first try. That was over a year ago.
