The trick is to stick a screwdriver between the the connector and the radio chassis from the REAR....simply lift up on the screwdriver handle and it will pop right off...if you do this from the front...

My guess would be that the nozzle sensor at that particular pump was way to sensitive and was shutting off prematurely.

I have ruled the battery out as a potential cause. Battery reads 12.5 volts static with the engine off. With the engine at idle, voltmeter reads 14.1 volts across the terminals.
