poor advisor if he doesn't pissed the customer than he would pissed the techs. we techs request SA to note any abnormalities the more the better..CYA that is all techs care about...if it -50 miles...

2014 not even due by time. probably software bug..don't stressed about it set up the app in a later date or go to your local bmw yndie shop if is closer to you so they can reset and run a short test...

the cheaper ones due to tend to melt or not design to handle hot oil...the oil has to be hot to be evacuated.. I will buy the metal one like john dow industries. i had mine for 4 years but they do...

as far bmw extended warranty it depends what defect code is been used by Booker. door lock actuator is cover for electrical failure but not for cosmetic..so if lock is making rattle noise is not...

can you post the pictures for exaust ports, carbon in cylinders,zoom in the little hole for secondary air? in the secondary air forum. also try to burn with a torch the carbon see if it melts. also...

if you have the N63 is probably vacuum pump if you have the new n63tu I couldn't tell you is too new of an engine. go to your local bmw workshop(none dealer) if they see something take it to dealer...

I'm still hoping that a piece of carbon is stuck between valve and seat but in 3 cylinders is very unlikely when I do a cylinder leakdown test will let this post know. AGA kit consentrates mostly...

I think loose carbon small or large may caused engine damage it has to be considered that the cat has a screen pre and post cat monoliths so loose carbon debris may not go all the way into exaust...
