Also try joining the cable terminals together (not the battery terminals!). Leave them for an hour. Re-connect. That will do a more complete 'reset'. +1 on codes comming back IF you have a fault....

To all. CLEAN the fuse holders. CHECK the position of the switch that is triggered by the actuation of the key. CHECK for broken/chafed wires.

Maybe put a test light on the clutch feed wire and see if it goes live when it should not. That way you eliminate one or other of the causes.

No real easy way with this as you appear to have covered all the obvious stuff. It seems the amp has a bad set of channels. Ther are some indy repairers who do this type of work. Check out e-bay...

Not a hard fix. The whole item comes out through one of the back doors when the front seats are removed or fully lowered and reclined. Once it is out you can repair it with any suitable material...
