If you're in the snowbelt northeast, you might want to consider the OEM floor liners instead of the rubber mats. They're also rubber but come up the sides a little to keep dirt/snow/water contained....

2013-Newer F10 has NBT Nav and WB won't work even if coded.
2012-Older F10 have CIC Nav and will work if coded.

No matter how much you try...NBT doesn't support it.
