I never flashed a single ECU on a E-series car with ncs, only with ISTA/P the whole car. To flash an ECU with E-Sys on F-series cars is nearly a weekly affair. :)

The responsible ECU for the HUD and for the lists inside the HUD is Kombi. This ECU has to have the 47.4 or higher. The rest of the car can have a lower i-step.

Change SA 812 in the VO to SA 851 (from UK/Ireland to German). No need to write the VO into the VCM, only activate it and vo-code CAS and FRM and check the function.
