Cant really tell you what is a "correct" suction force but one thing i can say is that i can easily remove the oil cap on a perfectly working engine with just 2 fingers and just pulling lightly....

My best guess is that the motor is starting to die.
As for lubes, some electrical lube since its plastic and electric friendly.
Avoid using petroleum based lubes or silicone lubes.

PDC module toast due to water damage

A week ago some water spilled in the trunk and fried the PDC module, luckily the bluetooth module didnt had any damage.

I dont think raising the car on the jack points...

I dont think raising the car on the jack points can cause any suspension damage. Going over a pot hole is probably way worse and it can handle it fine.
