Question Washer fluid leak

I have a puddle of windshield washer fluid in front of the driver front wheel. I believe that this is where the resivor is located. Has anyone had this leak or crack?

I just found a super clean 02' 745i with only 36,000 miles on it. I think I ccan get it for a very reasonable price. What do I need to look for besides the normal vin search and dealer service...

My mileage is about 21 to 22 on the highway.
If i drive it agresivly the mileage goes down the drain......

And driving it is fuuuuuuuun!!!!
