More than likely. Spray your rotors and calipers with brake cleaner and let the dry out. Make sure you lubricate all of the caliber contact points for the pads and pins. You should be golden.

It definitely has a lot of DIY'able repairs for such an advanced rocketship. I think folks pay a lot of money for basic maintenenace and put those costs into the "defective car" category for this...
