If you leave the radio, lights on when exiting the car, you don't have push the start/stop button in a second time. Simply lock the car and everything shuts off.

I have the same damn problem. How DO we get BMWNA to agree their transmissions are faulty. Time to start putting the screws to corporate. I will never buy another BMW if this is how well...
