Got 2 codes today in the z3. I figure it is the same as in the 3 series (hopefully this doesn't happen in the e36 any time soon) so maybe someone on here knows a fix for this.

Self resolved...I took the wrong screws out. The shade should have stayed attached. I will try to post pics when I do the second door incase it helps anyone else out.

Replaced the rotation rate module with a 200 junk yard part. Had it recoded and no issues since. The old one had water damage and was heavily corroded.
