As a long time Bimmer owner, I am getting ready to bolt. I currently own a 530XiT and a 128, but am getting ready to move to Audi. Why? BMW is making cars too fussy or not relevant to my...

What happened last week is that America was weaned off of credit in one week. The economy has been built on purchases made on credit of items few people can really afford. How or whether we recover...

PP is a BMW dealer, however they are a smaller town dealer that also sells VW and Audi, so there may be the issue. I find that dealers that specialize in higher end cars know how to deal with the...

Smile costs

The internal BMW cost for a CPO warranty is about 3K according to dealer. You can check my posts about my CPO 5 wagon to determine what that warranty really means, but I would say that the warranty...

Smile a different look

The mileage threads are either depressing or enthralling given who reports. I would suggest the real way to look at mileage is to look at the average speed over a given time, as well as the mpg. If...

Really did not go with my gut, I would prefer to buy a CPO car that came from a known dealer and one of their regular customers. The car I got was an auction (BMW internal dealer auction) and was...

Have two girls, 6 and 9, average size, have no problem with them and the wife in the car- wouldn't want to go cross country with this arrangement, but that is what the 530 wagon is for. :p
