My guess is that he go an HID kit to produce angel eyes that bright. Either that, or has quite bright LED rings to produce it like that.

BC racing coilover I have heard are pretty good for a reasonable price ($999). Also I heard the bilstein pss are cheaper and pretty good. You just won't be able to adjust dampening in the bilsteins.
