Phosphate, silicate, nitrate and amine free. Is Prestone any of those? BMW coolant isn't the only one with those properties, but it is probably the most readily available. I believe I heard somewhere...

I spent about $1300 on parts and got a cheap but decent paint job for $1200. Not the highest quality but it lasted a few years then started peeling like the rest of the oem paint.
