No. I understand having a tight budget however owning a BMW is kind of like wearing a tuxedo. Putting cheap tires on it is like buying sandals to go with it.

I was thinking since I had to replace them anyways I could give the performance a little boost with headers. Our county does have smog tests, I was told that you could skip the smog for a small fee.
