You have to code it to turn it on. It is activated when Sport Mode is selected through the menu on your navigation screen. But I am not sure it is available on the 550i. It is on my 535.

With my Torch you needed an app to sync Calendar and Tasks, there does not appear to be an App yet for the BBZ10. There are previous emails and texts that sync, but I don't know what the limit is.
