I remember seeing that FTE was the OE supplier for the e36's MC as well. The BMW one is just a re-badged unit with a price bump. I'd say go for it.

Anyone interested in the 3.15 LSD out of my 95 M3...

Anyone interested in the 3.15 LSD out of my 95 M3 I'd like to make the move to a 3.38 unit. Diff has 180k on it brand new fluid, locks hard and, no whine or weird noises.

Make sure the battery terminals are TIGHT. If they are not tight exactly what you're describing will happen. Check your fuses and relays. Make sure nothing has popped!

I'd Just pull the wheel off Jesse and mess around with the caliper before hand. See if it is stuck.... you should be able to push or pull on the part of the caliper closest to you if the guide pins...
