Maybe you should consider evacuating your system and refill with refrigerant, which is what I did to get mine cooler. Topping it off didn't do a thing for me.

Cabin filter will help with better...

Yes this sounds like clutch is worn and needs replacement. Ask yourself "How old is the clutch?"
