It has a DTC P0011, it has a noticeable oil leak, it needs a nav unit, the thrust bushings and the upper strut mounts...

I believe Depot 'headlights' are just headlight covers. The adjusters should be the same as stock. Your factory headlight adjuster is probably just broken and needs to be replaced.
